Our Commitment To Safety During COVID-19

In light of the recent developments regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to inform you that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is always our top priority. Therefore, we are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have implemented a range of measures to keep our communities safe.

Below is an outline of the changes that will be effective as of Tuesday 17th March 2020. These changes will ensure that we play our part in the global responsibility to reduce the speed and spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure our healthcare system is not overloaded.

Open Hours & In-person meetings

Our office and sales centres remain open for business as usual from Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm. In addition, our website contains an abundance of information whether you’re looking to buy or have recently purchased. If you want to find out more information on any of our properties, or would like to speak to one of our agents or property managers, please contact the listing agents directly.

Should you visit, there will be some screening questions we’ll need to ask you:
  • Have you travelled/transited through China, Iran, South Korea or Italy in the last 14 days?
  • Have you been in close contact with anyone diagnosed as having COVID-19?
  • Are you displaying flu-like symptoms?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, please alert a team member.

Open Inspections

In the upcoming weeks, we will be utilising the latest 360 camera technology to our properties that are advertised online which will allow prospective clients to complete a digital walkthrough of the property of both the interior and exterior whilst ensuring everyone’s safety.

Increased Hygiene Measures

We are following all public health guidance, and have increased the availability of hand sanitiser in our office and sales centres for customers and visitors to use.
